Seeing The Addams Family on the Broadway stage

Guest post written by Charlotte Briggs

One of the things that I've always wanted to do but never found the time or budget to make it there is taking a trip to New York City. I've always thought that it sounded so fun and I thought that now would be the best time to do it, now that I'm retired anyway.

I was looking up online to figure out what Broadway play I wanted to see when I ran across the website http://hearingaids.miracle-ear.com/hearing-locations/pennsylvania/k/kissimmee/. After I looked through it some I decided to go and get a free hearing aid test. I did and ended up buying some hearing aids before my big trip.

I saw The Addams Family with Brooke Shields on Broadway and it was so wonderful! It was entertaining and hilarious, which is exactly what I wanted to see in my very first Broadway play. She played Morticia and it was exactly what I pictured, it was so much funnier! I've always enjoyed the movies, but they were never as funny as this. Gomez was the funniest though.
