Breathing Therapy 101



I've read this very simple tips you can try whenever you are tired or have headache. It is the use of our breathing. Our nose has a left and right side and we use both to inhale and exhale (as if you don't know that, right?). But they are different. You would be able to feel the difference. The right side represents the sun. Left side represents the moon. During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe. In about five minutes your headache will go. If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you'll feel that your mind is refreshed.

Right belongs to hot, so it gets heated up easily. Left belongs to cold. Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get cooled off faster. Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.

When you wake up in the morning, notice which side breathe faster. If left is faster, you will feel tired. Close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing. You'll feel refreshed quickly.

I have tried this simple therapy myself and really worked for  me. In fact I have been doing this for a while especially after a long day at work. Also in the morning after I stayed up late the previous night. It maybe psychological to me but what matters is that it always make me feel better.
